Auditi Chakravarty
Auditi Chakravarty is Vice President of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment for the College Board’s Advanced Placement program. In addition to overseeing the annual administration of AP exams in 34 subjects, Auditi directs the development and continuous improvement of AP and pre-AP courses, assessments, and professional development. Auditi’s professional background is in teaching and learning; she has worked on a wide range of educational products and services for students and educator in Grades K – 20, and she has collaborated closely with large urban school districts on developing curriculum and instruction solutions to improve student achievement. Before joining the AP program, she served as VP for Curriculum & Learning and VP of Product Development at Kaplan Test Prep, prior to which she held editorial leadership and curriculum development positions at Scholastic and Amsco School Publications. Auditi began her career as a high school English teacher, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Masters in Education from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
