Edie Fraser

Besides her current roles leading STEMconnector and as a senior consultant to Diversified Search, Edie Fraser has worked on global women’s and refugee issues with the State Department, as well as female and diversity leadership issues with many major companies. She is a member of the executive committee of the World Affairs Council of Washington, D.C., and the advisory board of the National Center for International Visitors. She also helped establish the National Center for International Diplomacy. Before joining Diversified, Ms. Fraser was founder and CEO of Diversity Best Practices, a

member service for diversity practitioners. She is also the founder of the Business Women’s Network and a founding member of the Committee of 200. She began her career as a desk officer for Malawi at the Peace Corps.
