Kate Blosveren Kreamer is the Deputy Executive Director of Advance CTE, leading policy and communications efforts to ensure all learners have access to high-quality Career Technical Education.

From 2006-2013, Kreamer worked at Achieve, where she led projects to support states’ college- and career-ready agendas as an associate director, and managed all career readiness and CTE-related initiatives. Previously, Kreamer was a policy advisor at Third Way and research assistant at the Progressive Policy Institute.

Kreamer co-founded the non-profit Young Education Professionals-DC, serving as president from 2007-2013. Kreamer also co-founded YEP National, supporting the now 15 YEP chapters across the country.

Kreamer received her B.S. from Cornell University, and her master’s of public policy from Georgetown University.
