Lindsey Malcom-Piqueux, Ph.D. is the Associate Director for Research and Policy at the Center for Urban Education in the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. Her primary interest centers on equity in educational access, experiences, and outcomes for minoritized women and men in STEM fields. Her previous work has focused on the role of community colleges and four-year minority-serving institutions in creating equity for African Americans, Latinos, and Native Americans in science, math, and engineering.
