Stephan Turnipseed

President, Lego® Education, North America

Stephan Turnipseed has led LEGO^® Education in North America for 13 years. During this period, LEGO Education has transformed from a product sales company to a company that works collaboratively with educators, industry, and academia to deliver complete and innovative K-university education solutions designed to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.

As President of LEGO Education in North America and a member of the global LEGO Education leadership team, Stephan is responsible for facilitating LEGO Education’s role in STEM education through the development and dissemination of a continuum of K-university LEGO sets, software, and curriculum that combine to create learning opportunities for students that develop the skills needed for a lifetime of creating, solving, and contributing to a global society.

Stephan holds a degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University and worked for 15 years in the oil industry prior to his work in the field of education.
