Steve Schuckenbrock

Steve Schuckenbrock serves as president of Services, the global IT services and business solutions unit of Dell. In this role, he is responsible for developing and delivering end-to-end IT services and business solutions for global corporations, government, healthcare providers and educational institutions around the world. He is also responsible for the infrastructure, application and service delivery supporting information systems for Dell worldwide.

Prior to his current role, Steve served as president, Large Enterprise, for Dell. In this role, he led the delivery of innovative and globally consistent Dell solutions and services to large commercial companies around the globe.

Steve previously served as chief information officer (CIO) for Dell and led Global Services. In these roles, he led the multibillion-dollar services business with global responsibility for enterprise service offerings, and as CIO, oversaw worldwide information systems and technology infrastructure for Dell.

Prior to Dell, Steve was co-chief operating officer and executive vice president of global sales and services for EDS. Before joining EDS in 2003, he was chief operating officer of The Feld Group, an IT consulting organization.

As global CIO for PepsiCo from 1998 to 2000, Steve developed and established the Business Solutions Group. He served as global CIO for PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay from 1995 to 1998.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elon University.
