Natasha Ghatak is an experienced leader across multiple disciplines, ranging from strategy and finance to corporate development and sales.
At Promontory Financial Group, she currently leads the post-merger sales integration process with the firm’s parent company (IBM) by strategizing joint value propositions, supporting global sales activities, managing new pursuits, and deepening existing client relationships.
Prior to joining Promontory, Ghatak was a bench controller for Marriott International, managing finances and accounting for a number of distressed properties.
Ghatak graduated from Gaithersburg High School in 2002 under the NAF Academy of Finance, and has been an advocate for the organization ever since. She has subsequently served as Advisory Board Chairperson of her local AOF, and is now a member of NAF’s Alumni Leadership Council.
After high school, Ghatak graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in economics and from the school’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with a B.S. in finance. She received her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, where she served as her program’s commencement speaker.
Ghatak is dedicated to serving others and is passionate about strategy consulting, particularly for nonprofit entities in education, health, and the arts.
